On May 1st, 2015 in Milan, Giorgio Armani inaugurated the Armani/Silos museum, to celebrate his 40-year career. Originally a granary of a large international company, Armani/Silos measures around 4,500 square metres on four levels, offering visitors the possibility to literally dive into the history of Italian fashion, through the astonishing creations of Giorgio Armani, more than 600 outfits and 200 accessories from 1980 to today. The space includes also a gift shop, an open-space coffee shop and a digital archive. Temporary exhibitions are occasionally held.
Vivaticket provides Armani/Silos with ticketing services, through generic pre-sale channels on Vivaticket sales network and also through customized channels, such as a dedicated call centre and a custom-made group office, as well as with B2C sales, access control and staffing services, allowing to manage ticket offices and cash desks. A 360-degree service, whose success is mainly based on the great collaboration with the customer.
